Exchange of goods
- You may exchange the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- Please pack the goods securely so that they arrive undamaged and send them by registered mail, without cash on delivery, to our address. Goods sent with cash on delivery will not be accepted.
- Upon taking over the returned goods, we will promptly contact you by phone or email to arrange the details of the exchange.
- In the case of the first exchange, you will be sent the goods free of charge by mail or a courier.
We are happy to assist you with the exchange and to recommend suitable goods according to your wishes. Please call us or send us an email, we will try to make the whole process easier for you.
Return of goods
- You can return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- Please pack the goods securely so that they arrive undamaged and send them by registered mail, without cash on delivery, to our address. Goods sent with cash on delivery will not be accepted.
- Please include a completed Contract Withdrawal Form with the package.
- We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your package, crediting the money back to your account or card.
